Kenneth Edward Fox was born in New York, NY on May 27, 1950 to Milton Thomas Fox and Annie Lynne Fox. He went home to be with the Lord on November 4, 2019.

His family lived in Trenton for a while and then relocated to West Philadelphia where he was educated in the Philadelphia school system. In 1969, he joined the United States Navy where he served on the USS Intrepid Aircraft carrier which is now a museum on New York City.

After serving in the navy for six years, he relocated to New Jersey. There he attended Lincoln Tech and majored in dental technology.
